Zero Point

Today is Zero Point day.... Zero Point is what I like to call my 'optimum' setting. A clean house, a decluttered wardrobe, a healthy bank balance, good food in my fridge and an organized workspace... all those things that help you feel calm and in control.  For me, not having to worry about cleaning or clutter or disorganization means that I have more energy to focus on the things that matter - like this journey.

I've been sick with the flu the past week or so, which means my poor house is in a bit of a shambles.  Darling Mr M got in and helped me in sorting the kitchen a bit last night so at least that is one less thing to worry about today.

Zero Point is my favourite place to be.  When everything has it's place, it's so much easier for me to maintain, and therefore a lot less stress.  It only works if I'm diligent and put in the effort though, so this is just one of the new habits I want to be forming throughout this transformation.

Once I've gotten as close to Zero Point as I can possibly get, then this afternoon I'll be sitting down to review Week 1's meal plan and finish off the rest of my pre-season Tasks including the Goal setting... I love me a good goal setting session!
